  12.           pgmnoise width height

  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.           Creates a portable graymap that is made up of random pixels
  16.           with gray values in the range of 0 to PGM_MAXMAXVAL (depends
  17.           on the compilation, either 255 or 65535). The graymap has a
  18.           size of width * height pixels.
